This 6-week postpartum exercise series is intentionally designed for new mothers ready to rebuild their bodies with expert guidance—not guesswork. Led by Dr. DeVonnia Bonimy-Lee, Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Pelvic Health, this program addresses the real physical demands of early motherhood, including back and neck pain, stiff hips, abdominal separation (diastasis recti), pelvic floor weakness, and safe return-to-movement strategies.
