Pre-natal & Postpartum Physiotherapy helps you manage pain, build mobility and support the musculoskeletal & lymphatic systems for a healthy pregnancy.

Pregnancy is tough work.

Constant growth and change can mean instability, imbalance, fatigue, headaches, muscle weakness. The postpartum (aka the 4th trimester) takes time, pain management, improved blood and lymphatic flow and activity guidelines. Manual Lymphatic Drainage is safe for those who want to reduce puffiness, swelling and post-travel fatigue.

Supervised Pre-natal & Postpartum exercise is recommended by the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists (ACOG).
